Bentley Archers Sports Club

Welcome

Bentley Archers Sports Club is a community project to bring sports to the village. Everyone involved is focused on bringing a safe space for adults and children to enjoy a wide variety of sport throughout the year. We want to make better use of the village green and collaborate with Bentley Primary School, the Scouts and Parish Council to ensure that every member of the community can make use of the amazing green space we have available.

There is a parish council meeting on 26th April at 6pm, to ensure that they are aware of how important this project is we need as much support from the community (you!) as possible. Please take the time to post your support on our Facebook page or fill in the contact form so that we can show how much this means to the village. If you can attend the Parish Council meeting it would be fantastic to have as many people attend as possible. We might even take a trip to the village pub (Star Inn) afterwards to discuss our future plans and next steps.

About Us

Community Run Sports Club

This is a project run by the community, for the community. Everything we are working on is to benefit the village and specifically the youth who live here.

There is a dedicated team of people volunteering to build a sports club where young people can feel safe and enjoy sports with other members of the village.

We are planning a number of sporting activities throughout the year from competitive cricket for adults, quick cricket for children, football, rounders and more. There will always be something for people to enjoy, regardless of whether you want to participate, have your children join in or you just want to watch from the sidelines.

This project will only be successful if we have the support of the local community. If you want to volunteer and be involved please use the contact us page but everything starts with a posted comment.
